About the role
Watts Canada is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders and cross‑functional teams to enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers to deliver recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Design and facilitate training, engagement programs, and special HR projects.
- Own HRIS processes for Workday and UltiPro, ensuring data integrity, seamless operations, and insightful reporting.
- Support approximately 50 onsite employees (including 25 union members) and an additional 100 remote staff.
- Contribute to national HR initiatives and promote an inclusive, high‑performing workplace culture.
