Houseperson - SPA

About the role

Join our spa team and ensure every guest feels at home. As a meticulous and punctual houseperson, you will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the spa area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance to support smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, providing courteous assistance and contributing to a pleasant experience.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Respect for guest privacy, discretion and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, both independently and as part of a team.
