About the role
The Days Inn Terrace is looking for a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will work in a fast‑paced hotel environment, handling a variety of cleaning and guest‑service tasks throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
- Dust furniture and clean upholstered surfaces.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
- Make beds, change sheets and replenish towels and toiletries.
- Stock linen closets and replenish supplies.
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean and disinfect elevators.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Flexibility and reliability in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, days, weekends.
- Experience in housekeeping is an asset.
