Host for Craft Brewery & Restaurant in Banff

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Hosts to be the welcoming face of our craft brewery and restaurant located in Banff National Park. As the first point of contact, you will create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests while supporting smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage the host stand, monitor wait times, and maintain an organized seating plan.
• Assist servers by clearing tables and ensuring a seamless transition between courses.
• Promote the Banff Hospitality Brand by delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Maintain a clean and orderly host area and dining floor.
