Home Child Care Provider – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to support a family in Calgary on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for the daily wellbeing, safety, and development of infants and children in a home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, sterilize bottles, and prepare formula.
• Assume full responsibility for household tasks when parents are absent, including shopping for food and supplies.
• Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise children throughout the day.
• Discipline children according to parents' guidelines and promote personal hygiene and social development.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and health records.
• Organize games, outings, and nutritious meals.
• Prepare children for rest periods and transport them to school, appointments, and activities.
• Support the emotional well‑being of each child.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant childcare experience.
• Availability for early‑morning, morning, day, evening, weekend, or other flexible shifts.
• Full‑time or part‑time student enrollment is acceptable.
