Home Child Care Provider – Full‑time

About the role

This full‑time position provides in‑home child care for a family in Toronto. You will be responsible for the safety, well‑being, and daily routine of infants and children while supporting the household in the parents' absence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children of multiple ages, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and discipline according to parents' guidelines.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities, games, and outings.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe, healthy environment.
• Transport children to school, appointments, and family trips, with travel expenses covered.
• Assist with emotional well‑being and personal hygiene instruction.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 – < 7 months of relevant child‑care experience.
• Criminal record check clearance.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and flexible hours.
