Home Child Care Provider – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to join our family in Edmonton. This permanent, full‑time position involves looking after toddlers and preschool‑aged children in a warm, family‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and maintain personal hygiene.
• Prepare and sterilize bottles, feed infants and children, and serve nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and ironing of clothing and linens.
• Organise games, outings, and educational activities to support social development.
• Maintain daily activity and health records, ensuring a safe and healthy home environment.
• Travel with the family on trips, providing supervision and assistance with childcare duties.
• Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• Minimum 7 months of child‑care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Reliable, patient, and organized with strong client focus.
