About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to join a family in Edmonton on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves looking after children in the employer’s home, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and development while supporting the household with light housekeeping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children throughout the day, including feeding, dressing, and nap times.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outings.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Teach personal hygiene habits and support social and emotional development.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in the family’s home.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided by the family.
• Positive attitude towards children’s emotional well‑being.
