About the role
We are looking for a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to supervise and nurture children in a private Vancouver household. The role offers flexible morning and daytime hours, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while delivering high‑quality childcare.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy environment.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and emotional well‑being.
- Organize and lead activities such as games and outings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring safety and a healthy atmosphere.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of childcare experience.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- References required for security and safety.
Required skills
- Basic child safety and emergency response knowledge.
- Ability to plan age‑appropriate activities.
