High Pressure Jetting Operator

About the role

Sideworx Connect is seeking experienced High Pressure Jetting Operators to join its roster of short‑term and seasonal workers in the oil and gas sector. Operators will work on projects that require the setup, rigging and operation of high‑pressure water equipment in confined spaces and at heights.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and rig high‑pressure equipment ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 PSI.
• Perform detailed cleaning assignments, including tank cleaning and fluid transfer.
• Complete daily documentation and maintain housekeeping of the assigned truck.
• Follow all safety policies, attend daily safety meetings and use required respiratory protection.
• Install, assemble and disassemble piping, hoses, pumps and heat exchangers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑pressure/water jetting.
• Certifications: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C, Common Safety Orientation, Confined Space Entry & Monitor, Fall Protection.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb >10 ft, crouch and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• High pressure water jetting operation (10,000‑40,000 PSI).
• Use of SCBA, supplied breathing air and full‑face respirators.
• Installation and teardown of tank cleaning and fluid transfer equipment.
• Assembly/disassembly of piping, hoses, pumps and heat exchangers.
