Heavy Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Heavy Truck Driver to join our seasonal team in Winnipeg. This position starts part‑time with the potential to become full‑time, offering flexible shift options for early mornings, evenings, or night runs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and tractor‑trailer combinations safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections and complete required reports.
• Load, transport, and unload goods while adhering to schedules and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate accident or incident documentation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, air‑brake, and vehicle‑inspection standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience driving heavy trucks.
• Valid Class 1/1F/A or Class 3/3F/DF licence with Air‑Brakes endorsement.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, night shifts, and on‑call as required.
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks and long periods of sitting.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
