Head of Network Operations Center (NOC)

About the role

dcbel is seeking a Head of Network Operations Center to lead its Information Services team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will design, deploy and support the cloud infrastructure that powers dcbel’s energy hardware and software portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and management of multi‑cloud infrastructure services, with a primary focus on Azure.
• Develop and execute a cloud operations strategy covering capacity planning, performance optimisation and cost management.
• Oversee a 24/7 NOC, providing first‑line support, incident detection and system monitoring for B2C and B2B customers.
• Drive onboarding of new clients, products and releases, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D and Manufacturing.
• Establish audit and compliance processes, working with the Data Privacy Officer to enforce data‑privacy policies.
• Mentor senior and junior team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and scalable cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices: Git, Python, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, IP networking, DNS, firewalls and load balancers.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, especially SAFe, and SRE/DevSecOps methodologies.
