Harvest Labourer – Peat Harvest Operator

About the role

Premier Tech Growers and Consumers is seeking a dedicated Harvest Labourer to join its North American horticulture network. You will operate specialised equipment to harvest peat and maintain field conditions, working outdoors in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate farm tractors equipped with peat harvest vacuums, loaders, aspirators and various harrows.
• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Store, monitor and conduct quality‑control testing on harvested peat piles.
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented individual who prioritises safety.
• Physically capable of handling outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work longer hours when needed.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
