Guideway Civil Coordinator

About the role

The Guideway Civil Coordinator supports the Civil Manager in delivering civil engineering works for roads and landscaping on an elevated guideway project. This position ensures that construction activities align with schedule, budget, and quality expectations while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and constructing roads and landscaping for the guideway.
• Support development and tracking of project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate construction activities with the Civil Manager to meet overall project objectives.
• Monitor daily construction progress and report status.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring high‑quality workmanship.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that arise on site.
• Prepare regular progress reports covering timelines, budget status, and any challenges.
• Facilitate progress meetings and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained and kept current.

• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet project deadlines.
