Guest Services Representative – Spa

About the role

The Guest Services Representative delivers an exceptional and seamless experience for spa guests, embodying the brand’s mission, vision, and values. This frontline position ensures every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to all guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and gift‑certificate transactions using the B4T system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of spa services, promotions, and partner venues such as Bangkok Garden.
• Accurately record and update guest information in the system according to company procedures.
• Promote spa treatments, retail products, and additional services in an informed manner.
• Support daily operations by completing opening and closing procedures, keeping the environment clean, and assisting other departments as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, appearance standards, and participate in team meetings to foster a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to high service standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 12 kg.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale and booking systems; familiarity with B4T is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
