Missions principales

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging assistance to guests, managing inquiries via phone and email both before and during their stay.
• Coordinate essential guest services including mail, messages, restaurant reservations, and activity bookings (on-site and off-site).
• Manage special requests for groups or unique occasions and facilitate seamless departure arrangements (transportation, online check-in, travel re-organization).
• Actively promote and sell hotel services and partner offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve as a key liaison between various hotel departments to ensure operational fluidity.
• Support the front desk during peak hours, specifically assisting with check-in/check-out processes for VIP members (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Limitless).
• Strictly adhere to service standards, safety protocols, and hygiene regulations.
