About the role

Guest Services Administrators are the first point of contact for clients at Massage Addict clinics. They create a welcoming atmosphere, support practitioners, and help ensure each visit runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients with a friendly smile and manage the front‑desk flow.
• Assist practitioners by handling appointments, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records and process service bookings.
• Provide information about the clinic’s therapeutic services and promote membership options.
• Support sales initiatives and help generate a positive client experience.
