Growth & Retention Marketing Specialist

About the role

Domani, a fast‑moving Shopify consulting agency, is hiring its first full‑time marketing specialist. You will work directly with the founders, handling both client retention through email marketing and building Domani’s own content engine to attract new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) 2–3 times per week, from concept to publishing.
• Write and publish blog posts and LinkedIn articles that position Domani as a thought leader in e‑commerce marketing.
• Create static and carousel assets for social feeds, email campaigns and other digital touchpoints.
• Manage Klaviyo email campaigns for multiple client brands, including design, copy, deployment, flow monitoring and list hygiene.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, copywriting, creative production and workflow optimisation.
• Design on‑brand visual assets using Canva, Adobe Express or equivalent tools.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate creative and operational work.
• Strong judgment, speed and the ability to own end‑to‑end execution without a large team.
• Eagerness to grow from execution to strategic ownership as you gain brand context.
