Growth Operations & SEO Lead

About the role

Talent.com is looking for a Growth Operations & SEO Lead to join its Partnerships team. Working remotely from anywhere in Canada, you will drive organic growth, automate manual workflows, and build AI‑powered tools that accelerate decision‑making and improve performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical SEO resource for Talent.com’s global properties, implementing technical, programmatic and Google for Jobs SEO, structured data, crawlability, indexation and site‑performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams to monitor results in Google Search Console and deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify repetitive partner‑management and user‑acquisition processes, evaluate AI and automation tools, and design workflows that eliminate manual effort.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards and AI agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Hex, SQL, Python, APIs and other emerging technologies.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover growth opportunities, surface operational inefficiencies and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from ideation to execution and mentor junior team members on SEO and automation best practices.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with strong collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated experience in technical SEO, programmatic SEO and Google for Jobs optimization.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑driven workflows and internal tools.
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Comfortable partnering with product, engineering, data and partnership stakeholders.
