Growth Lead – Remote Web3 Growth Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Lead who treats metrics as a scoreboard and user acquisition as a science. In this remote, high‑availability role you will own the entire acquisition and retention engine for our Web3 ecosystem, running rapid experiments and deploying capital with surgical precision.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and scale multi‑channel user acquisition campaigns to flood the ecosystem with high‑value users.
• Oversee paid acquisition budgets, constantly optimizing ad spend, targeting, and creative assets to lower CAC.
• Maintain a high‑velocity testing cadence, running rapid experiments across landing pages, copy, hooks, and product flows.
• Deconstruct the full user journey, identify drop‑off points, and implement friction‑free logic to maximize conversion rates.
• Architect long‑term retention loops and engagement strategies to keep users active and loyal.
• Build and own core growth dashboards, translating raw data into strategic insights for executives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing growth, performance marketing, or data‑driven acquisition for fast‑moving tech platforms.
• Obsessive focus on data; decisions are made based on hard numbers and ROI.
• Availability to monitor campaigns 7 days a week and act on real‑time traffic surges.
• Solid, native understanding of the Web3 landscape, decentralized communities, and crypto‑native conversion funnels.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized remote worker capable of handling large budgets and complex testing pipelines.
