About the role

Vertdure Quebec is seeking a seasonal, full‑time Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join its outdoor landscaping team in Québec. You will work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, assisting with a variety of landscape construction and upkeep tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction projects and installations.
• Apply fertilizers and perform routine plant care.
• Repair, maintain, and operate landscape maintenance equipment.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
• Perform general site clean‑up and equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Client‑focused and dependable.
• Organized, punctual, and resourceful.
• Ability to work in hot, outdoor conditions.
• Physically capable of repetitive, demanding tasks involving standing, walking, and occasional sitting.

Required skills

• Operation of landscape maintenance equipment.
• Basic equipment repair.
• Fertilizer application.
• Watering and plant care techniques.
