Ground Handler – Airport Operations (Saskatoon)

About the role

Executive Aviation is seeking motivated individuals to join its ground handling team at Saskatoon Airport (YXE). As a Ground Handler you will support daily ramp operations, ensuring aircraft are serviced safely and efficiently while adhering to Transport Canada regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and operate ground service equipment in compliance with airline and regulatory procedures.
• Marshall and wing‑walk aircraft to and from gates.
• Sort, load, and unload guest baggage according to load plans and deliver it to the claim area.
• Service aircraft water and lavatory systems.
• Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove it promptly.
• Clean aircraft interiors, galleys, and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Lead.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel and push/pull for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) repeatedly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Compliance with safety attire requirements (steel‑toe boots, reflective vest, hearing protection).
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract and ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass.
• Clear criminal background check.
