About the role

Join Nature's Fare Markets as a Grocery Team Leader and help guide a passionate team in delivering exceptional service around local, organic, and sustainable foods. You’ll work 32‑40 hours per week across various shifts, ensuring the department runs smoothly and customers leave with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the grocery team by example, setting daily priorities and providing clear direction.
• Greet customers warmly, answer product questions, and suggest items that match their health and lifestyle needs.
• Support team members during shifts, handling training, product expertise, and any on‑the‑spot issues.
• Create attractive, organized product displays and keep up with new and featured items.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and fun work environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team in a retail or grocery setting.
• Strong customer‑service background with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for local, organic, and sustainable food products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
