Graduate Management Trainee Program

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program is a 10‑month rotational experience that immerses recent graduates in Labatt’s core business areas. Participants rotate through front‑line brewery, sales and logistics teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to operational sites across Canada and the corporate headquarters in Toronto.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through brewery, sales and logistics functions, completing job‑shadowing and strategic projects.
• Work on cross‑functional business projects that prepare you for a first placement after the program.
• Participate in onboarding sessions at Labatt’s Toronto headquarters and a global onboarding in St. Louis.
• Engage with senior leaders, present project outcomes and network across the global GMT cohort.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or related field.
• Willingness to relocate and work in front‑line roles across different sites in Canada.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, problem‑solving mindset and ambition to become a future leader.
• Eligibility to work in Canada; bilingualism is an asset.
