Google Business Profile Owner (Remote, $60/hr)

About the role

Mercor is looking for a remote contractor to own and maintain Google Business Profiles for a variety of clients. You will ensure that each profile reflects accurate, up‑to‑date information and engages customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update verified Google Business Profiles (GBP) to keep business information current.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews, enhancing online presence and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with industry representatives to gather insights on marketplace trends.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting engagement targets and maintaining high‑quality listings.

Required profile

• Active ownership or administration of a verified Google Business Profile.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience managing a business listing on GBP.
• Consistent engagement with the GBP platform.
• Preferred background in Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, or Professional Services.
