Gluing Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Soucy’s production team as a Gluing Operator and help deliver high‑quality off‑road rubber products. You will work on a flexible schedule, collaborating with supportive managers and teammates in a safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare raw materials for production runs.
• Operate rubber production equipment such as mixers and mills.
• Inspect finished parts to verify quality and compliance.
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
• Occasionally operate a forklift for material handling in receiving, shipping, or production.

Required profile

• High school diploma (preferred).
• Previous factory or production experience (preferred).
• Good physical condition to handle manual tasks and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Rubber mixer and mill operation.
