Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its worldwide industrial hygiene program. The role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure compliance, protect employee health, and support acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain the Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Program.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE laws and regulations related to industrial hygiene.
• Support due‑diligence and post‑merger integration HSE risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Assist in creating and updating Accenture HSE policies and procedures.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for occupational health incidents.
• Identify training needs and develop programs for industrial hygiene activities.
• Integrate artificial intelligence into industrial hygiene processes where feasible.
• Contribute to global HSE tools, dashboards and third‑party verifier platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks).
• Share best practices and emerging technologies to advance Accenture’s HSE programs.
• Engage global and local stakeholders to drive compliance and awareness.
• Manage special projects aimed at continual improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety or Environmental Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional (or international equivalents) preferred.
• Training in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience across diverse industries such as oil & gas, data centers, nuclear, manufacturing, construction, maritime, etc.
