About the role

Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Val D'Or location. You will be responsible for delivering the Starbucks experience, driving sales, and fostering a welcoming community hub.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including product preparation, inventory, and cash handling.
• Achieve financial targets by managing sales, labor costs, and waste.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing partner (employee) team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community, promoting Starbucks initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a retail or customer‑service team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or GED; French fluency (reading, writing, speaking) required.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
