General Manager – Restaurant

About the role

Chipotle is looking for a General Manager to lead a fast‑casual restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest‑obsessed standards of hospitality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, training, performance management and development.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting and digital order fulfillment.
• Ensure food safety, operational compliance and a guest‑ready dining environment.
• Drive financial success by meeting sales and cash‑flow targets.
• Lead the team across lunch, dinner and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in people development.
• Previous restaurant management experience covering scheduling, P&L, food safety, sales forecasting and recruiting.
• Creative approach to community marketing and sales initiatives.
• Physical ability to stand, walk for 10 hours daily and lift up to 50 lb (25 kg).
