About the role
RANGOLI PAINTING LTD is seeking a General Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. You will coordinate teams, manage resources, and provide technical guidance throughout the construction process.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Estimate costs and material requirements for each project.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, aligning with other project supervisors or managers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the job site.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Requisition materials and supplies, and supervise workers and overall project execution.
