About the role
AV EXTERIOR LTD is seeking a General Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities in Edmonton. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, quality, and safety while coordinating daily construction tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Prepare production and other operational reports.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition materials and supplies.
- Supervise workers and oversee project execution.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle day‑and‑weekend shifts.
