About the role
We are seeking a General Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for Intense Homes & Renovation Inc in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring quality and productivity, and coordinating teams to meet project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Prepare production and progress reports.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Recommend personnel actions and supervise workers and projects.
- Train staff or arrange training as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Accurate, organized, reliable, and client‑focused.
- Strong judgment and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to relocate (relocation costs not covered).
