General Construction Supervisor

About the role

White Bright Electrical Ltd. is seeking a General Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities across various locations in Calgary. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards while supporting a small team of workers.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Resolve work‑related problems and provide technical advice to the crew.
• Estimate costs and material requirements for projects.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard workers as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule activities, aligning with other project supervisors or managers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise daily operations.
• Arrange or deliver training for team members.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to supervise small teams (1‑4 people) and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, organization, and teamwork.
• Availability for morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.
