Gas Station Supervisor

About the role

The Gas Station Supervisor will lead daily operations at a Chevron fuel station in New Hazelton, ensuring excellent customer service, safe handling of fuel, and efficient store management. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive leader who can coordinate staff, manage inventory, and maintain financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties and manage shift schedules.
• Hire, train and develop staff, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.
• Authorize payments by cheque and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory and handle returns.
• Prepare sales, merchandising and personnel reports for management.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages promptly.
• Supervise a team of 3‑4 employees, conduct performance reviews and oversee payroll administration.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of retail or supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 3‑4 staff members in a rural retail service setting.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at a gas station.
