About the role

The Mission: design the mathematical heart of our iGaming ecosystem. As a "Volatility Architect" you will engineer hitting frequencies, cascading bonus loops, and risk profiles that create psychological suspense and thrill players.

Key responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and calibrate advanced mathematical models for slots, balancing RTP targets with compelling gameplay.
• Write clean, efficient Java code to build math engines, game logic components, and high‑fidelity simulation frameworks.
• Partner with graphics artists, sound designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of math into the game experience.
• Execute massive simulation runs to stress‑test models and guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Analyze live game metrics and player telemetry to refine models using real‑world data.
• Produce clear mathematical specifications and paytables, handling compliance loops for external testing labs.

Required profile

• World‑class analytical mind with mastery of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical modeling.
• Hands‑on experience writing and deploying clean Java code for simulation environments.
• Deep intuition for what makes iGaming titles exciting, volatile, and retentive.
• Ability to be hyper‑available, handling real‑time simulation pivots and urgent math revisions 7 days a week.
