About the role

We are seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join our independent Pharmasave pharmacy in Tofino, BC. This full‑time position focuses on delivering patient‑centered care, supporting clinical services, and contributing to a vibrant community health centre.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide medication counseling.
• Administer injections, conduct medication reviews, and perform minor ailment assessments.
• Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient pharmacy environment.
• Utilize technology tools such as Kroll paperless workflow, Blistassist, Vivid pill counter, and self‑check‑out to streamline operations.

Required profile

• Current licence to practice pharmacy in British Columbia.
• Strong communication skills and a community‑focused mindset.
• Commitment to Indigenous health initiatives and rural pharmacy practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
