Full‑time Nanny – Live‑in Option

About the role

This full‑time nanny position supports a private household in Toronto. The role includes caring for infants and children, maintaining a safe home environment, and assisting with daily household tasks. An optional live‑in accommodation is offered at no charge, though it is not a condition of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for children’s care in the parents’ absence.
• Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise infants and children.
• Discipline children according to parents’ guidelines.
• Organise games, outings, and educational activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
• Support children’s emotional well‑being and assist with homework.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant childcare experience.
• Criminal record check clearance.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, good judgement, organization, and reliability.
