Fullstack Software Engineer – Onsite, Toronto

About the role

Provision is building AI‑driven solutions for the construction industry. As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will join a fast‑moving team that creates customer‑facing automation tools, helping contractors reduce risk and eliminate costly errors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack product interfaces, backend services, and document‑processing pipelines.
• Prototype and validate core product concepts, measuring technical constraints for advanced AI workflows.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI models into automation workflows together with machine‑learning engineers.
• Enhance reliability, performance, and quality of web applications, services, and AI‑assisted features.
• Collaborate with product, design, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate ambiguous construction processes into usable software.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (or 5+ years without a degree).
• Hands‑on experience building production full‑stack web applications.
• Strong abilities in software design, debugging, performance optimisation, and test automation.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants, LLM‑based development workflows, or AI‑native tools.
• Sound engineering judgment that balances AI‑driven productivity with security and maintainability.
