About the role

Meroka is building the technology platform that powers its portfolio of blue‑collar businesses. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will create and maintain the core systems that handle quoting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and field operations for real companies that we own. The role is hybrid, based in Montreal, and offers the chance to see your code deployed to actual crews on the job site within days.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features for the quoting, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing modules.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, operations and field teams to gather rapid feedback and iterate quickly.
• Maintain high‑quality code, automated tests and documentation to ensure reliability in a live environment.
• Participate in on‑site visits to understand real‑world usage and inform product improvements.

Required profile

• Intermediate (mid‑level) full‑stack engineer with a track record of shipping production‑ready software.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and able to travel to job sites as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
