Full-Time Welder – Heavy Equipment & Plant Repairs

About the role
B&B Contracting Group is looking for a full‑time, ticketed or apprentice welder to perform shop and mobile repairs on heavy‑equipment attachments and aggregate crushing and processing plants. The position starts with daytime 5‑8 hour shifts and will transition to a rotating afternoon schedule of 4‑10 hour shifts, with overtime available. Welders are compensated at $27‑$42 per hour based on skill set and experience.
Required profile
- Experience in heavy plate work using FCAW, SMAW, CAC‑A, and GMAW
- Apprentices with Level 1 completed will be considered
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
