Full-Time Telephone Sales Representative – Call Center

About the role

Join Atlantic Canada’s leading tele‑fundraising organization as a Full‑Time Telephone Sales Representative. You will use your communication skills to connect with potential donors and help raise money for police, firefighters and veterans. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where you can develop sales expertise while making a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective donors during scheduled evening shifts.
• Explain fundraising campaigns and encourage contributions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the call‑center system.
• Follow best‑practice scripts while delivering a personalized experience.
• Provide feedback to management on donor responses and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Professional, pleasant telephone manner with a positive attitude.
• Strong oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work evenings (Monday‑Thursday 4:30 pm‑12:00 am, Friday 11:15 am‑6:45 pm).
• Reliability and willingness to work a full‑time schedule without weekends.
• Motivation to meet sales goals in a supportive, low‑pressure environment.

• Base pay of $22.00 per hour (35‑hour week) plus bonuses and incentives.
• Annual salary range $34,363.84 – $97,634.04.
