Full-Time Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

Dynamite is seeking a motivated Full‑Time Team Leader to drive a positive shopping experience at its Carrefour de l'Estrie location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, foster customer relationships, and help the store achieve its sales and visual merchandising goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, including shipment processing, floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising directives throughout the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building long‑term relationships with shoppers.
• Lead, coach, and schedule team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas to increase revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
