About the role

Our Retail team is looking for sales associates at our Mapleview Centre location. Come be a part of our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Key responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to customers across culture areas like fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for the online store.

Required profile

• Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve quickly and politely.
• Highly organized, works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Capable of multitasking and learning new programs quickly.
