Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and prescribers to provide timely, high‑quality healthcare services and an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize the full scope of pharmacy practice, including assessment and prescribing, medication reviews, chronic disease management, and vaccine administration.

Required profile

• A valid pharmacy licence for Prince Edward Island or another Canadian province.
• A passion for community pharmacy practice.
