About the role

We are seeking a reliable nanny to supervise children and perform light housekeeping in a private home in Calgary. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment while supporting the children’s daily routines and personal development.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and care for children throughout the day, including weekends as needed.
Discipline children according to parents’ preferred methods.
Instruct children in personal hygiene, social skills, and healthy habits.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying the children’s areas.
Maintain records of daily activities, health information, and any incidents.
Ensure a safe and healthy home environment at all times.

Required profile

Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
7 months to less than 1 year of childcare experience.
Availability for day shifts and weekends.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Willingness to follow parents’ discipline and caregiving methods.
