Full-Time Float Pharmacist – Ontario

About the role

We are seeking a full-time float pharmacist to support our locations in Toronto, Markham, Scarborough and Thornhill. The role involves providing comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring safe medication use and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely healthcare services.
• Perform the full scope of pharmacy practice including assessment, prescribing, medication reviews and vaccine administration.
• Dispense methadone and manage blister-packing operations.
• Utilize the Kroll system proficiently for prescription processing.
• Support clients with addiction and mental-health needs where applicable.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario or another Canadian province.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy experience.
• Ability to travel between the Parliament Street site and surrounding locations and work onsite 1-2 days per week.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion and capacity to work under pressure.
