Full-Time Face Trainer (Esthetician)

About the role

FITSKIN by skoah is looking for a full‑time Face Trainer to join its open‑concept studio in Vancouver. As a Face Trainer you will deliver high‑energy, results‑driven skincare workouts while building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑led skin‑care workouts using high‑performance skoah products at your designated standing station.
• Work side‑by‑side with fellow Face Trainers in an open‑concept studio environment.
• Check in and check out your own customers, managing the full service flow.
• Consult with customers during cleansing, customize product selection from the open pro‑bar, and recommend personalized skoah products after each facial.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace before welcoming the next customer.
• Keep the energy up by chatting about skincare, educating customers, and creating a fun atmosphere.
• Perform facials while standing, using all equipment provided at your station.

Required profile

• Sales‑driven and confident selling skoah products in a social, open space.
• Outgoing, engaging, and able to carry conversations effortlessly with customers.
• Adaptable, energetic, and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
• Strong facial skills and comfortable performing facials in an open‑concept studio.
• Self‑sufficient in checking customers in and out while managing your own station.
• Growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and constantly improving.
