Full-Stack Software Engineer (New Grad)

About the role

You will join a small, senior, distributed product and engineering team and start contributing to production systems from day one. The role blends full‑stack development with a strong product focus, using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate coding while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end full‑stack features, including APIs, data models, UI components, and automated tests.
• Develop backend services primarily with Java and Spring Boot, exposing REST and GraphQL APIs and handling event‑driven workflows.
• Implement frontend functionality using modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks to create intuitive finance‑oriented workflows.
• Integrate with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Stripe via APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools (e.g., Tray.io, Salesforce Flows).
• Write clean, test‑driven code, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and monitor production reliability.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Glean) daily to boost productivity while exercising strong engineering judgment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and customer‑facing teams to understand real user problems and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for learning new technologies quickly, especially in AI‑accelerated environments.
• Experience through internships or projects building web applications (backend, frontend, or both).
