About the role
Accelerant is building AI‑first product squads where engineers own outcomes from idea to production. As a Full Stack Engineer you will design, develop and ship customer‑facing applications and intelligent workflows, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the entire development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship modern web applications and scalable APIs for customer‑facing products.
- Own features from concept through production, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Integrate AI‑driven coding, testing, debugging and delivery tools to increase development speed.
- Improve observability, monitoring and developer experience across services.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to solve real customer problems.
Required profile
- Strong full‑stack engineering experience with modern web applications.
- Solid judgment, ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Daily use of AI coding tools and automation workflows is a plus.
