Full Stack Developer – Python, Vue, Docker

About the role

Conestoga Cold Storage is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join its fast‑paced, technology‑driven team. You will work with cutting‑edge tools such as Python, Flask, Vue, Docker and Linux to build intuitive applications that support warehouse automation and robotic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create responsive web‑based user interfaces for internal users and external customers.
• Develop new features and enhancements for Warehouse Management Systems, dashboards, automated reporting, and intranet sites.
• Collaborate with senior software architects to improve CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Ansible and GitLab.
• Communicate with customers and employees to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Follow company development standards, write automated tests, and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional programming experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or material‑handling environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as needed.
